/clans should be in /helpclan
/champ has a spacing typo
The sign in front of champ start port has a typo
Not on gold necklace Ruby isnt on /amulet

/helpclan doesnt have clan withdraw/deposit commands.
Odd, i thought it did. helpclan seems oddly short compared to what I remember.
