seyan too tough to necro

I have a seyan with everything maxed except for poison/axe/dispel and i still cant manage to beat the lord necro. I've tried fighting with my back to a wall, and in a cornerr to limit damage i cant seem to win.  I end up under c1 and c2 within 60sec of the fight starting, i can c1 them back easily enough but c2 only hits about 33% of the time roughly and it is maxed out. I can try to dispel curse on myself, but it doesn't really seem to make enough difference. Even with them c2'd i find myself constantly alternating between heal and ms as fast as i can cast.  I've lost about 4 times now in lord necro room due to EVERY SINGLE TIME he spawns 6-8 gcs which is just too many.  The only way i can honestly see to win would be to max axe and try 15+ times until i killed lord necro with a vic crit.  Doesn't seem like it should be this hard for a maxed out seyan.

It does seem as though a seyan would have to be warlord and have luck in order to pass this, a bit extreme when an AH can do it at FDM.

I have never before heard anyone say that a seyan was under powered relative to other races.

In testing we tried all the races and were able to pass.
Sorcs struggled a bit which was why we added the extra item just for sorcs.
I don't recall if we did anything for Warriors.

Most feed back has been that the Lord necro was too easy relative to the other parts of the quest.

It was designed to be tough and only the best able to progress. Having said that, it is suppoed to be possible.

Have any other seyans passed?

okay i finally won due to him turning on his own gcs in my last attempt a few minutes ago. He also only got to casting 4 which made a HUGE difference.

A skeleton with a big stick, making strange rattling noises and hiding under a hood does not count as a real person ...

Honsetly the fact that Necro fights his own NPCs is probably the only reason my AH made it through. My warlord AH went through IDing them all today and died rather quickly with only lord and 2 GCs on him earlier. Granted I was a bit slow to respond, but there is very little room for margin of error and requires a lot of luck to survive.

I really dont think seyan is underpowered, but acceptable over-power with power reduce.
