Necro's Staff

I think it would be great if necro could use the top staff so there would be one race that could even consider using it (other than sorc) for fighting rather than just med. I understand you don't wanna make the necros str/agil 90 cuz that would give them tit armor and such, so anyway you could make the nobility staff cost 85/85 str/agil? I would love to use the staff on my necro, but I dont think it's worth it unless they can get the top staff. The top staff is less WV then swd/dw top and it costs more str/agil, plus it doesnt get the poison bonus. I would like to see the staffs used, and if its lowered to 85/85 required to wear top, I know I for one will use the staff.
