Bless mechanics

Can someone tell me how exactly bless works?

I mean how the bless power is applied to mods?
I had a formula long time ago from my sis who made a neat excel file where you could test all stuff and i would like to have it again but she cant find it anywhere and it seems that its no anywhere anymore

T'would appear that Bless modifies the 5 basic attributes Brave, Will, Int, Str and Agi.

They inturn modify all the other skills according to the individual skill modifiers. (e.g. 2h = Str, Str, Agi)

The 5 basic attributes are according to the modified power (power) of the bless (after racial mods).

Attrib mod = power/5 + 3;
