| I'm just wondering if shields get damaged and, if so, are you able to repair them? | |

| Yes shields get damaged.
Whether you can repair them depends on the type of shield.
If it is a normal shield (not ss or profession enhanced) then you can repair them.
However, if it is ss or profession enhanced then you can not repair them. | |

| Where can you get normal shields? I've only seen 'profession' enhanced ones I believe.. Assuming those are the ones with the random, SS like qualities. | |

| Thanks LL. Guess it's not worth paying big money for a profession enhanced one for penting then since it will just break on me haha. Good to know, guess I'll be looking for an unenhanced one. That being said, I bump the question Cyiane asked  | |

| i believe that the smith can choose weather to make enhanced shields or not...they seem to perfer enhanced shields. | |

| if there's a way enable/disable enhancing gear, it is not obvious nor is it mentioned in the crafting guide. | |

| At the moment, all BS guides make enhanced stats items only.
Possible future enhancement is to all them to have guides for non enhanced items or even predetermined stats items. This options are almost limitless.
For the moment I have been letting the new professions and new areas settle down for a bit before I try to make a new wave of guides. | |

| I probably can make some shields that aren't enhanced, so I'll be giving them away as Trivia prizes over the next few days, as I'm off work for a week or so, I'll be popping in game any time between 8am - 11 pm GMT. I'll go Trivias or maybe spot prizes, so be there to win  | |
