Player Thrice

Hello Everyone, long time no speak. I have not played Aranock in probably about 2 years now and I decided i would refresh my chars and have a walk around and see whats new.

But when i tried to log on my Char password had changed. Then when i logged a new Char and typed /seen Thrice to see if i was still active it said i was last seen 7 days ago??

I have in no way given my char to anyone and still retain all the original folders for my Char. Whoever is using Thrice is not me. I am Thrice, Goodriddance, Ignite, Mosh and so on...

I can also prove it because unlike the current Thrice I know the game inside out and only the real Thrice would know the bugs that I do. Bugs which i helped admin resolve. Besides im a bit of a jerk so chances are if the new thrice has been nice and well mannered he isnt me. I can answer any questions relating to the character to authenticate my identity and am basically posting to see if there is anything that can be done about a password reset. Thanks for your time.

P.S. i know its not a remake of Thrice because he has my description....Image of the invisible... Which is a Thrice song...which i imagine he probably doesnt even know.

If I recall correctly, I saw a copy of the email where the original owner of Thrice send the current owner the Thirice.moa file and password.

Once that happens then we can not get involved in the dispute. Your only option is to ask the person that you gave it to to release the character back to you. That issue is between you and him. Check your emails for a copy of the recipient.


Note to players: Do not share characters. Do not share moa files. Do not share passwords.

Even people you think are friends, family, neighbours or colleagues can then take the character and we have no way of knowing if the transfer is legitimate or not. If they have the moa and the password then they have ontrol.

Once you have given the character away then you have taken the risk.

If we get involved then someone will claim to be the loser and we cop a heap of flak. I don't get paid enough to be given a hard time here.

An email where i give the character away? That is impossible. Could i please see a copy of this email because that is ridiculous. I have never sent a character to another person. I don't even know who the person who has my character is?

I will respond in pm with the email address of the person who sent the moa file.
I can not reveal the recipient.
