You should make it so that the guards don't attack you, if you engage in a clan battle within their sight range, as they will spawn peacies on you

The guards are sworn to up hold the peace and they will carry out their duties with their last breath.

Those who fight in their presence will pay the ultimate price.

Choices :
1) Delete the guards
2) Reduce the guards perception
3) Increase the no fight zones near where the guards are
4) Do not pick fights where you will get caught

I prefer No 4.
