Server Canceled Connection

I'm starting up again after a year long break, and I keep getting the Error:Server Canceled Connection message every time I've tried to log in.
I have never had this problem before and I'm not sure if I have to open a new port or what...

These are a few relatively common problems

1) Make sure you have the latest version of the client Aranock.exe dated 20 Nov 2011
If this is not up to date - try to download the latest version from the website
2) If still having problems, some PCs have problems running with Vista.
Try running in Windows XP compatability mode
Right click, Properties, Compatability, Run in compatability mode
3) If you are trying to run from somewhere other than home, some IP providers block access to gaming sites

Had problems connecting to website, but I finally got it fixed and downloaded the latest version. No problems now so, good.
