In theory there has always been 10 clans, although one clan hall has always lain vacant.

T'is no more.

The 10th has been activated.

However, there is one restriction being made to try and ope it up a bit.

If you have any other alt in any other clan then you are not permitted to be the founder of the 10th clan.

I will know. What a Face

Other than that, may the joys of clan warfare and plat collection be yours.
