Halloween Monsters.

Some one really needs to stop this Halloween stuff. Players are abusing this by setting monsters near frequently visited areas like Damors where there was a Earl Skelleton just waiting to kill anyone who walked by. Players are losing Luck and all other matter of things that they have worked hard for just because some retarded players Like Lankur and his alts enjoy watching others die for no reason. I have brought up several complaints to Thundar and to Flipper on this players actions and words and he still goes on with no action taken. This needs to be addressed immediately.

It certainly prevents most of the people from playing game at all pents were blocked quest turn ins lab portals..
