Can not retrieve character file

Hi,

I create a new character and save its .moa file.

Then I load that file and, although loaded, the characters name does not show up in the client.

I had a client named Grumpy and developed it for an hour or so

Tried to load and play it later and, while I could load it, no name appeared in client and I can not get Grumpy back in play

I can reload my other alt name Redara

Running under VISTA SP2

I just made ColForbin yesterday (yep, same one from way back when...) and played for an hour or two.

Went to load him today--forgot password. Spent about five minutes trying different ones, then thought "maybe I put it blank, and the client just gave me one." So I made a test guy with no password, logged him in and out twice to see if it created a password for him. Nope, worked fine--which is what I thought, shouldn't need a password.

Went to load Col back up, and while I could select the .moa, it didn't fill in the blanks on the client.

Oh well, maybe I'll wait till he gets deleted and just make him new
