Milk is good for the bones. He's saying the ones in VoD drink X-tra calcium milk to make them stronger.

So there is a refrigerator of milk in VoD but not cursed tomb?

Yup, the fridge is hidden behind a wall near the water. One of the skellys forgot to pay the electric bill in the tomb so all the milk went sour and it's always dark.
