Exp scrolls for champions?

Can an exception be made for the scrolls that come out of the red letter?

I personally think any exp scroll from the game should be allowed, red letters, U1 chests, abandoned village, etc.

There in lies the problem.

There are lots of exp scrolls in the game.
Some are soulbound and some are not.
In the Restricted version, another player can not give you an item so they can not give you and exp or stat scroll that you did not earn.
However, in an Unrestricted version, another player can give you 100 *50k exp scrolls and your an instant winner....
Some scrolls may also have rank restrictions but the same principle applies.

The simplest rule was to block in in all cases.
This does have the unfortunate consequence of blocking legitimately earned exp scrolls.

So why not just allow them in restricted games?

Primarily because I could not think of all the different ways that exp and stats scrolls could be given.
That is not to say I can not go back and try to find all the drivers and limit the usage as appropriate.

I have to say though at the very least GA should be allowed.
