Clan commands

Not sure if these qualify as bugs, but all the same

When trying to make a clan it won't check for plat and subtract from your current amount. You must have a pile of *exact* 1000 to create a clan.

When trying to invite (or accept) a clan member (or leader), You have to manually capitalize the first letter, which seems odd since the game automatically normally capitalizes it for you and lower cases the rest during creation.

They are both as designed.
I do not know why they were done that way.
