Hi, I'm new to Aranock. Been playing it for a couple of weeks now and really enjoying it. I've played a lot of v3. I mainly play New World now.

I play as Quackberry and Quacksalot as well.

Never got into New World. Played Old World for quite a bit as Gaea and Aresas, I believe. Got to a fairly high level Mage.

I quite like New World. It's far more balanced in my opinion. Old World has pretty much been ruined. Players there have been spoilt by insane amounts of ridiculously high experience Live Quests and a lot of players destroyed the economy by discovering a gold exploit which went on for ages before someone eventually reported it.
It actually didn't get reported until it spread to New World.

Quite liking this community so far though. Looks like people here are responsible enough to report exploits such as that.

I remember you from Old World. How you ever managed to staff that I have no idea. Bunch of OWers came to NW recently and it was hell trying to staff them. Laughing

I assure you that last line is not the case Razz

. Some of the people are responsible and will report them as they find them, but I'm more than sure that there are plenty of people that have known about / may still know about bugs and abuse them. Sadly, this will always be the case with online games.

I never came to know of any bug on Old World that let you do anything that obscene, but I also only played when New World was still fairly new. My biggest qualms with new world have been that it's "f2p" but has a lot of silly restrictions that seem to make the game pay2win, which I've never been a fan of.
