i was using a way point scroll from Gina to Prospect Peak as i used it,it deducted 250 gold from me and my support beam i think taking my support beam was normal but my 250 gold?

There is a cost to using waypoint scrolls that increases with rank.

The beams disappearing is an interesting one that some one did raise before.
I think the explanation is that beams can be used in labs and hence are destroyed by all portals and teleport scrolls.
Otherwise lab 12 would not be a challenge and we all know how much we love lab 12.

As a matter of interest, Gina's Twin has relocated to the PP town square and she sell beams too.
