| I don't know. I have heard several things about these skills but unsure of what is correct and if it is worth dumping anymore experience into these. Below is a list of what I believe are truths. 1) SH only hits monsters directly adjacent to you 2) SH2 hits monsters only at a range 3) SH2 is a fixed range. 4) A higher SH mod will hit stronger monsters 5) A higher SH mod will not inflict more damage per hit 6) A Higher SH mod has a higher frequency of hitting. 7) A higher SH2 mod will hit stronger monsters only at range 8 A higher SH2 mod will not inflict more damage per hit 9) A Higher SH2 mod has a higher frequency of hitting.
If I am fairly accurate in my deductions, then would it be safe to assume that I can stop sinking experience into these if I can pretty consistently hit surrounding monsters where I pent (or other areas of mass monsters that I may frequent).
Is it also safe to assume that the mechanics of SH and and SH2 are independent of each other and that raising them individual has no affect on the other.

| Sh1/Sh2 will both damage the monsters around you. Sh2 does damage to the monsters around you and the ones at a range. Both of the damage done is based off your strength and wv. Raising both of them helps, but isn't amazing until max. If you're hitting your rank with these 2 without a problem, don't raise them more. | |

| SH2 hits in an 11x11 matrix You must be able to attack them If your mod SH2 skill + Randon(20) > their fighting skill then you will hit them Damage is deterimined by your characters modified weapon value + random(6) +1 * 3/4 Damage is modified by strength Damage is not modified by the difference in fighting skill levels Damage is reduced by the victims AV
SH is identical except that it only effects characters in the 4 spaces surrounding you who also happen to be hitting you. | |

| Is it possible to make sh/sh2 a little stronger, I am a Seyan with depot self spelled, when I am killing 12 sea golem same time The last one I got on still got 7x-8x%, when spellers can kill them all with 3 blast 2 Can we make sh2 a little more to balance this? Because the other area skills are far more stronger.

agreed. sh/sh2 is a joke compared to blast/blast 2. one idea that i had is that when you get a crit hit, it hits everything with the strength of the crit, depending on if your sh/sh2 can already hit them normally edit: also the overall damage of sh/sh2 could be higher, maybe as strong as a regular hit? | |

| Given the amount of damage a full hit does on higher level crits (less than 10% normally) I feel like full damage on a SH/SH2 hit would be appropriate. Perhaps give increased chance of criticals on SH/SH2 or a bonus for raising both somehow? |

| Sh/Sh2 is such a joke that I'm not even going to bother wasting exp into them with a seyan and would rather raise Mana/Blast 2 instead lol.
Sh2 is the worst in UW pents because the golems will just stand around and regen (no graves so no reason for them to walk around.)
Either having crits hit everyone, or making every other hit be sh2 would be nice.
I kinda wish Sh2 had like a harden/poison effect where you cast the spell and it eats your endurance but starts ticking away hp on everyone when on.
Actually since Warcry has a weak curse and stun tied in, how about putting a weak poison into warcry as well? It would give Arch Templars the option of using Harden and gaining defense, or sacrficing defense by killing faster and using warcry since its not really possible to warcry and have harden on without burning all your endurance.
Since in order to kill at their fastest possible speed they would have to have sh/sh2 plus warcry raised it doesn't really count seyans out since they can raise blast2 or poison and have the same or better effect. Warriors have dual wield which can proc poison anyway without having to do anything.
