| In the game folder should be a folder called "New Player Tutorial".
It has been a while since I looked at it but it used to be a quite a good starting point.
Also in game type /help for all the commands.
See if they help.
Otherwise if you see anyone with a green name on /who then bug them big time for all the info you need. That is why the get paid the big bucks. Actually they don't get paid but they would get paid if we paid anyone.
Failing that ask anyone online. Most people don't mind answering questions and those that do mind, shouldn't.

| Yeah thanks, that is what I have been doing, but I really don't like having to bother people so much! Most recent example: The crafting skills. What are they, what do I have to choose from, what exactly do they do, what exactly do they make? Now, I've asked people and gotten 10% answers, but who really wants to sit for 5-10 minutes and explain everything that could be in one simple document?
Just trying to be helpful to newer players and old MOA players alike.

Staffers will be more then happy to answer all your questions (they temple sit most times), its what they get paid the big bucks for...still waiting on my severance package

| Well, lemme put it like this:
I didn't know staffs, shields, wands, etc could be gotten by non-arch characters until I was a LtCol! Or, I did not know that I could choose between 2/3 skills being a warrior until I overheard it! Since there is no documentation of this type available, I did not know what questions to ask! I am just trying to suggest for the benefit of the players that some type of documentation should be available, even just barely enough so someone doesn't have to search for 30 minutes to ask the right questions!

| To be honest there is so much stuff, it is very difficult to cram into one user manual.
That being said, I do think that a one stop shop for all things Aranock may be in order. I have considered opening up a wiki page. I might push forward on that.

| I'd like to know if there is possible to get other skills. Like after you have gotten ex. Harvester skill, is it then possible to be able to get wand?
And on the site it doesn't say who's able to get what skill. =/ (I mean on the "wand, staff and shield) |

| Professions (alchemist, blacksmith, harvester, craftsman) are limited to one per character (can be reset for a big price), as far as I know all of the new skills (shield, staff, wand etc) can be learned by any race and a character can learn them all, some choices make more sense then others for some races. | |

| Trenton does make a good point though.
The New Player Tutorial was written a long time ago and aimed at genuine new players.
What Trenton is referring to is more intermeiate or advanced stuff and most of it was developed since the Tutorial was written.
To develop a reasonable guide to all the parts of the game is quite a sizeable exercise and would need some considerable time resources to the thrown at it.
Various bits have been covered on the Forum but trying to piece them all together into a single package is not easy.

| Wow that looks very nice! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! If I had considerably more knowledge about what has been changed, I would definitely start writing!
Also, it might be nice to also consider it some type of update log? Just might be easier somehow I suppose.

| Thanks, I am currently just getting a basic layout of the site ATM. As you can guess (and see) it is a bit much for one person to do efficiently (Between work, Family, and Playing). There is a bit of an update log here: https://aranock.rpg-board.net/f11-game-updatesThis is a 2nd generation forum and a lot of the updates were kept on the first forum which is lost and gone forever | |

| I took the timeout to type in the /help commands... yet I fail to see a button that would properly space it! Example... /th <-----------SPACING----------> list 2h sword stats What's that called in Word or whatever? Yeah sorry, I'm used to pressing TAB in notepad | |

| I am still learning the site as well. I think pressing tab navigates through the different selections on the web page rather than an edit tool. For spacing, a space may be the only way. | |

| Funny you should resurrect this. I actually went onto my wiki the other day to see if anyone has contributed. I added the yellowgreenblue site to the external links.
