| i have my brig Warrior and it said that i wasn't experienced enough to use them and im pretty sure that the 16th rank is brig so im wondering if they can use them or not and im SO hoping that warriors can use them because i HATE the tower. | |

| the items in tower (fists of heaven, rop and outsiders eye, might be missing some..) can be used starting at magen unless it was changed. | |

| One of the joys of the C programming language is that indices start at zero not one.
So the first item in a data table is data[0] and not data[1].
Therefore by that same logic the 1st rank in a rank table (e.g. Private) is rank[0].
Hope that helps to explain why. | |
