Surround Hit 2 from Emme Cave

Racial Arch Skills
Seyans get 3 of C2, B2, SH2, Poison
ATs get 2 of DW, H, SH2
AHs get 3 of C, C2, B2, P
W get2 of DW, SH2, C2
S get 2 of C, C2, P

Note, due to an earlier undocumented feature, a few older Sorcs did get 3 arch spells.
